We lease properties across North America to host our corporate clients whether they be relocating or travelling for business or pleasure. We take great pride in maintaining your property to the highest standard.

WE PAY PREMIUM

We are aware of the competitive nature of the rental market so we offer above market rates to give you that consistent long term income. As we are an established company you can expect payments on time every time. The same can not be said for a  regular tenant.

MAINTAINING PROPERTY VALUE

We maintain your property to a high standard by servicing it with regular cleaning and minor maintenance/repairs.

We replace or repair any items up to $100 in value at no cost to you. As our clients are expecting a clean and fully operational property we do our best to deliver on this expectation

WHO CLEANS AFTER CLIENTS LEAVE?

We have professional cleaners that clean your property after each client leaves which can be up to 2 or 3 times per week at no cost to you. This keeps your property in immaculate condition at all times as our clients are expecting a clean property for their stay.

AM I INSURED?

On the rare occasion somebody gets injured or damages your property we've got you covered. $1m damage insurance and $1m liability insurance acts as primary insurance and gives you peace of mind knowing that your property and its occupants are insured.
